As Home School Mom I have to find the time to homeschool my kids, clean, cook,be friend, wife and teacher, and sometimes doctor,.
It isn't easy but I try my best to Balance all this into one easy step, read threw out these steps I am to post and see if you can try and apply if you are a homeschool mom as well.
During the morning, I make my bed, and prepare my coffee, while I make my bed and prepare coffee, I send my kids to pick their beds and get dress, (Yes, they get dressed as if it was a regular schoolday). Then while I am making my kids breakfast they brush their teeth and get all their books and materials ready in the room which we have decorated as a small space to be more comfortable.
Meanwhile they eat breakfast I sit and read my emails, tend to my Networks and groups, and make some advertisments for my Gift Shop, in this process I am working online and the kids wash their own dish when they finish breaksfast,.
Now begins the Homeschool time, all this can start around 9:00am to 10:00am it all depends the time and maximum amount of time we take doing all this in the morning, Once I begin to homeschool I disconect myself from everything. Phone,Internet and TV, The kids are not to watch tv, while we are in school time, they are allowed to see tv around 5:00pm and if they have read at least one hour of any book they choose. I homeschool my kids , then around 11:00am-11:30am, we go downstairs to play and for a walk, we come up around 12:30 they eat lunch, while they eat lunch, I get online again and work more, send emails, tend my network and friends, and make more adverisments, once they finish eating lunch they have a 20 minuts break, then homeschool again, to make this short,
I finish homeschool around 1:00pm -2:30 depending how long it takes for them to work,
Once we are done, I do laundry if there is something to be washed, if not we fold clothes, each child is to take their clothes to their room and out away, while this is done, I take dinner out to start the preparation, while meat is in the oven, I clean the livingroom and bathroom, once this is done, Each of my child has a task, one is to review that the hallway is clean, one is to sweep the stairs, and the other to clean all tables around the house,.
While I am cooking the kids are done , they sit and read a book while I vacuum and mop areas that have no rug,.
Around 5:--pm-6:00pm we have dinner, after dinner, we all clean table and do dishes, the kids wash their face, body or bath, and sit for a book, around 7:00pm we make a circle in the livingroom and I read out loud at least one hour everyday, around 8:00pm I let me kids sit and watch a movie, and if I am dont I sit with them, if not I mop the kitchen again and organize everything for the next day, Before bed time, I make sure evrything is done and cleared especially my kids homeschool work. I take the night to correct and see they have worked good, Once I tuck my kids to bed, I keep working online then get to some reading,
This is something I do everyday, except Saturday and Sunday, these are sacred days for me, days to be with the family and share, I do nothing unless their is a pile of clothes or something I really dont want to do on the week, mainly I keep it unbusy to play and see the kids have fun outside.
I am sure as mom and wives we can keep our lives organized if we keep it this way, sometimes we sit down and because we are tired we just do not feel like doing it, but looking at the reality, if we do not make our daily tasks who will?
We need to try and keep everything in a ordally way we can in order to even be successful at home,.
