Then while I am making my kids breakfast they brush their teeth and get all their books and materials ready in the room which we have decorated as a small space to be more comfortable.

Meanwhile they eat breakfast I sit and read my emails, tend to my Networks and groups, and make some advertisments for my Gift Shop, in this process I am working online and the kids wash their own dish when they finish breaksfast,.
Now begins the Homeschool time, all this can start around 9:00am to 10:00am it all depends the time and maximum amount of time we take doing all this in the morning, Once I begin to homeschool I disconect myself from everything. Phone,Internet and TV, The kids are not to watch tv, while we are in school time, they are allowed to see tv around 5:00pm and if they have read at least one hour of any book they choose. I homeschool my kids , then around 11:00am-11:30am, we go downstairs to play and for a walk, we come up around 12:30 they eat lunch, while they eat lunch, I get online again and work more, send emails, tend my network and friends, and make more adverisments, once they finish eating lunch they have a 20 minuts break, then homeschool again, to make this short,
I finish homeschool around 1:00pm -2:30 depending how long it takes for them to work,
Once we are done, I do laundry if there is something to be washed, if not we fold clothes, each child is to take their clothes to their room and out away, while this is done, I take dinner out to start the preparation, while meat is in the oven, I clean the livingroom and bathroom, once this is done, Each of my child has a task, one is to review that the hallway is clean, one is to sweep the stairs, and the other to clean all tables around the house,.

While I am cooking the kids are done , they sit and read a book while I vacuum and mop areas that have no rug,.
Around 5:--pm-6:00pm we have dinner, after dinner, we all clean table and do dishes, the kids wash their face, body or bath, and sit for a book, around 7:00pm we make a circle in the livingroom and I read out loud at least one hour everyday, around 8:00pm I let me kids sit and watch a movie, and if I am dont I sit with them, if not I mop the kitchen again and organize everything for the next day, Before bed time, I make sure evrything is done and cleared especially my kids homeschool work. I take the night to correct and see they have worked good, Once I tuck my kids to bed, I keep working online then get to some reading,

This is something I do everyday, except Saturday and Sunday, these are sacred days for me, days to be with the family and share, I do nothing unless their is a pile of clothes or something I really dont want to do on the week, mainly I keep it unbusy to play and see the kids have fun outside.

I am sure as mom and wives we can keep our lives organized if we keep it this way, sometimes we sit down and because we are tired we just do not feel like doing it, but looking at the reality, if we do not make our daily tasks who will?
We need to try and keep everything in a ordally way we can in order to even be successful at home,.

Jessie's Balancing Tips & God said, "Your angel will be waiting for you and will take care of you." The child further inquired, "But tell me, here in heaven I don't have to do anything but sing and smile to be happy." God said, "Your angel will sing for you and will also smile for you. And you will feel your angel's love and be very happy." Again the child asked, "And how am I going to be able to understand when people talk to me if I don't know the language?" God said, "Your angel will tell you the most beautiful and sweet words you will ever hear, and with much patience and care, your angel will teach you how to speak." "And what am I going to do when I want to talk to you?"God said, "Your angel will place your hands together and will teach you how to pray." "Who will protect me?" God said, "Your angel will defend you even if it means risking it's life." "But I will always be sad because I will not see you anymore."God said, "Your angel will always talk to you about Me and will teach you the way to come back to Me, even though I will always be next to you." At that moment there was much peace in Heaven, but voices from Earth could be heard and the child hurriedly asked, "God, if I am to leave now, please tell me my angel's name." "You will simply call her 'Mother'.

Feelings of a Loving Mother

Why?
Written By: Jessica Lozada
November 15, 2004

Don't you just sometimes feel tired of so many things going on around us?,.
I am sitting in front of my desk advertising my business, and reading emails and all of a sudden the phone rings, I already have this gut feeling it was going to be the school, why? well becuase since I decided to send my kids to school diferent things have been going on, and for what? I mean do we the good boys have to stay home because the bullies can't keep their hands to themselves,..
I picked up the phone and their was the Assistace Principal, asking for me,..Jose's Mom,..my 11 year old son, and what I even had in my mind had happened,..some bullies, were picking on all three of them,, my two boys and my daughter, they even broke his glasses, and now I told the principal things were going to be fixed one way or the other becuase I was already tired of all the abusive kids,...
You see sometimes, when we think things are being good, is when something happens, we send out kids to school to study and be great mens and womans, and what happens, that sometimes they loose alot, they get low selfesteem, feel lonely and even loose desire to go back to school, and all because of the other students that do not have not even the least interest in studying,..
I am a mother of four childrens, and it really bothers me as mom, sister and friend, to see all this going on in school, and why don;t we speak, speak out loud,..sometimes these abusive issues can cause suicide,..and alchol, or drug problem,.. I am sure there are alot of mom's out there who think just like me,..
I have been even thinking of organizing a support group for parents who feel like I do, I know their someone out there that can hear and support what I know can be best,..this is one of the reason , parents are taking their kids out of school to home school them, they are affraid of the bad things , they learn negative things in the first place and this is at school,..How many rapes from teachers to students and students to students?. We do not know they are uncountable, killings ,.fights, like I said and suicide,...
I do not want to over protect my kids, but I have noticed this is a must for all mom's.
I will protect them till I can, no matter what. Don't you feel upset with how unfair is life, >? or is this a matter of life?
It all began around 3:00 in the afternoon that my 10 year old son, brought home a paper, from school, about a conference I had to assist with him , although it read fundraiser, I was alittle worried, what the problem will be.
So I asked him, "Brian,..What happened in school today?",..he really didn't go into details, he talked to me about this boy who is always picking on him, then he came upon another problem about 3 more boys who went to the bathroom and started to hit him,.so I decided to have a chat with his father and see what we can do in regards of the school issues.
Later this afternoon,.I didn't even care about thinking I had to go to school the next day, all I did was work and do my home choures,..
The next day I decided to wouldn't be able to make it to the conference because my husband was sick and my toddler, so I called the school and told them what this fundraiser was all about and that it was a posibility I coudn't go,.so with my surprise, the receptionist, was really rude and out of control, telling me that I really had to go becuase my son was causing some problems, and he wasn't accepted til I went over,..I was so surprised asking myself what was going on,...?
Not even I had the response.
I was crazy and even sick to my stomach wondering what had happened,. all I can think of at this moment was the punishment I was going to give him,...I called my husband from the bed and we went to school, I talked to someone and there I was still nervous and crying and praying to God nothing bad had happened,..'
All of a sudden the Principal comes over to me and asks me ,.."Are you here for....?" not even he had knew why I was there,..so behind him came another teacher and told me ,.."Oh your Brian Reyes mom?",.I said" Yes",..she said oh this about the fundraiser, and I was like wow, crying and laughing at the same time,..
I mean as mom's do we worry way too much,? or this is natural,.I got so sick when this happened and,.I realized I went a little over board, I actually didn't have confidence that my son, would not do anything so bad he would get suspended,..
I got home and prayed and told God how wrong was I thinking bad about my son, but how right HE is for taking care of my steps ahead,...
We should not worry so much in life, we need to be alittle more faithfull to God and trust that HE will guide and take good care of us and our kids, wether they are in school,.playground and even when they are sleeping,....

Put your catalog on the web!!

Abother great resoursce I found online,..

Consider putting your product or service catalog on your Web site.
Adding additional pages to your Web site is a fraction of the cost of printing and mailing more catalog pages to even a few thousand customers. So on your Web site you can afford to provide more in-depth information and information on more obscure products that are of interest to only a small portion of your customer base.
If most of your customers have Web access, you may want to shorten, simplify, or even eliminate your printed catalog and direct your customers to an on-line catalog
on your Web site--saving a lot of money in printing and mailing costs.
A word of caution: On the Web, your competitors will usually be among your most frequent visitors.

Focus on current customers first

Once you've got a simple Web site up and you're looking to expand it, I'd next focus on providing more information primarily for current customers. Businesses on the Web have had a lot more success serving current customers better and more efficiently than attracting new ones.
The Web can be particularly effective for many kinds of service support. You can provide information twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, without having anyone on staff. And you can update information instantly.
You might be able to slash your customer-service costs dramatically by shifting customers to the Web. Consider announcing the Web address automatically to all incoming callers on your customer-service line.
For minimal cost, you could just list by category answers to frequently asked questions or solutions to common problems. Later you may want to go to the expense of having a database and search engine added.

Increase Productivity and Profifts on the Web

Great resoursce I found online:

When I started my first online forum in 1988, few people knew what an online service was. Fewer still cared. Trying to explain what I did usually produced puzzled looks, and if I could corner anyone long enough to give a demonstration, the usual response was a polite, “That’s nice, but who will use it?”
No one asks that question anymore. Hundreds of thousands of individuals a month use either the Business Know-How Forum on America Online or my company’s Web site at http://www.businessknowhow.com. Big and small businesses alike have flocked to the Internet and to online services because that’s where their customers are. And that’s where their suppliers are. Researchers expect there will be 100 million Americans online* in the year 2000.
Every type of product you can imagine is being sold on the Web, too. In 1999, 76 percent of retailers and 43 percent of manufacturers were selling online or planned to sell online.† Besides computers, books, and CDs, you’ll find leather jackets, soda pop, lingerie, and clothing. You’ll find some rather inconceivable offerings, as well. One enterprising college student set up a Web site to sell horse manure. Her target wasn’t farmers or gardeners. It was any individual who wanted to “get even” for being laid off, dumped by a love one, and so on. For $19.99, the site would giftwrap a clump of horse manure and ship it to the sender’s least favorite people.
You don’t have to be a retailer to benefit from the Web, however. Small and home-based businesses throughout the world are discovering that the Internet reduces costs and improves efficiency. In fact, the improvements are so significant that you will be at a competitive disadvantage if you don’t learn to put the Web to work in your business.
Before You Go On…Don’t let the savings and productivity enhancements described in the following pages make you rush out and spend thousands of dollars overnight to have someone set you up with your own Web server, hosted Web site, or intranet. Take the time to learn about the Web firsthand before you make any major investment in it.
Learn the Inexpensive WayIf you have no experience using the Internet, the easiest way to learn about it is to use a personal computer hooked up to a standard telephone line and sign up for an online service such as America Online, Compuserve, or Microsoft Network. Or pay an Internet service provider (ISP), such as AT&T Worldnet or BellSouth, by the month for an e-mail address and a connection to the Internet.
The reason to start with one of these services is they simplify the process of getting connected to the Internet. Some offer their own content (news, feature articles, and so on) as well as just the connection to the Internet. Once you have an Internet connection with access to the Web, you can also use any of the popular Web “portals” (Web sites that categorize sites according to their content and give you links to them) to look around the Internet for Web sites in your industry.
Here are some of the most popular portals. Each offers links to various categories of information as well as powerful search engines that search the entire Web for keywords you choose:
AOL.COMYahoo!Netscape NetcenterLycosAltaVistaMSNSnapExciteInfoseekAT&T WorldNet
Get in the Habit of Using E-mailHaving an e-mail address is just about as important these days as having a business card or a sales tax number. Millions of businesspeople are using e-mail to send routine business correspondence, requests for proposals, contracts, instructions, price lists, spreadsheets, and sometimes orders. If you don’t have an e-mail account you won’t appear professional, and in some cases, you may not be able to do business at all.
Set Goals and Focus on ThemThe Web offers so many ways to inform, do research, entertain, and sell that it’s easy to lose site of your business reason for being on the Web. The “wow” factor attached to it all can cause you to waste countless amounts of time and money doing little more than playing around on the Web.
To avoid that pitfall, make a list of your goals before you make any decisions about what to put on your Web site or how to present the material. Don’t include things like “set up a Web site” or “set up a bulletin board.” List only the results you want to accomplish, not the tools you’ll use to get those results. Your list might include some of the following goals:
Send and receive business correspondenceKeep tabs on your competitorsGenerate salesGenerate advertising revenueReduce support callsEnhance customer communicationsReduce costsProvide product information to customersGive demos
Assign priorities and a value to each goal. Weigh every decision you make about your use of the Web against these priorities and values.
For instance, suppose you have decided a Web site would help build your business and you are thinking about putting a video on the site showing you demonstrating your product. Consider whether that demo will really enhance sales. Do people understand what the product does? Or does it really require a demo to sell it? Will the video really build sales or just stroke your ego? Any feature that doesn’t help you reach your goal should be eliminated—at least at startup. You can always add capabilities once you see how customers actually use your site.

Where is your family standing?

Where is your family standing?
By Jessica Lozada
Written November 1,2004
I have been asking myself,..for several times now, Are families still comitting to each other, now days? or are there things in their homes that is taking that place?.
Well for instance, you can go and visit homes, and all you see around are video games, big screen t.v. and much more,..My opinion, is that family values are being in waste by these other activities, why? well for example, in my home we have video games, of all kinds, my kids have four different video games, we have cable , and dvd,..so what happens sometimes we waste our family time on other things rather than just learning from each other,..I like to divide my time and my family so we can be able to share from everything we do, not always the kids are being exposed to video games, because they are being taught, the importance of "Family",..
The value of "Family " is really being ignorred,.you can see so little family dinning together, talking together, going out on a family night, and even praying together, it is sad the way things are changing, and how our kids, are seeing this new way of the meaning of the word "Family" because they will grow this way and not know how to share like one.
When I see that my family is starting to get out of control, because of the video games, it really scares me and tells me,.it's time to stand up,.so I just think of family games and activities, and sit everyone down at the table and let them all know one by one what we will be doing,..We play various games, we play scrabble, monopoly, scavenger hunt, with little gifts for them to find and win,..we also draw and make scrapbooks with them using their own pictures from other activities, there are so many ways to plan a great family day without going out ,..If I want to see a movie, we get to pick one that we can all enjoy and just sit and enjoy it, we have been taking good care of us as a family, because it really is important,
Another great way to make family time fun, is divide your kids in sexes,..Mommies go out with your daughters and Daddies with their boys, spend some time to know what your kids want and need, and know a little about them,.the following week you can do a vice verse, thing, Mommies with the boys and Daddie with the girls, I did this and it really gave me a great opportunity to know what my daughter really wants from me, and what my boys really need, it is a wonderful and learning experience I recommend to all parents,..
Why should we let our family fall apart?
You and I have the great solution, and this is making a great dinner for all to sit and eat together, listen to your kids, let them talk and express themselves, they have so much to say when it's dinner time, and sitting at the table, is so wonderful that we have the chance to share all we have done, at school, work, or even at home, why not tell your family what you as a mommie did, make a joke out of it,..do not bring fights or discussion to the family table,..This is a quote I wanted to share,.and think it really touches me,..
It's called "Family Justice"

*Family Justice"
I understand that it is not my job to judge my sister or brother,Lord.
When we were young, that was the duty of our parents,
and they did a fair job of it with only a few bad verdicts. My
brothers and sisters through blood deserve the same patience
and love as those in my Christian Family. If I can forgive a non-relative
who hurts me,I can be even more forgiving within my family, If I can charity to strangers, I need to be at least as generous to those related to me. Sometimes we are so over welmed with work, outside and at our homes, & even during daily tasks, everything in our lives totally changes,...
Our life is a routine, we need to make it organized & helpful to deal with.
Moms do so much work and if we do not complete it ,.who will?.
Working at home is not a easy thing to do we decide to for one main reason, and this is to be with our kids, and toddlers, who still do not go to school,..and really need our atention,.
I stay home to take care of my son, he is so wonderful to take care of,.I can do all my tasks, work & have everything ready, & have my family, time,
The first time I decided to stay home and work, I realized how much I needed to balance in order to keep my family together. I learned to be more organized and give my family more quality time. I felt so sad and empty, in times when I would walk out the door to work and leave my kids home, then come home and do all my chores in hurry I wouldnt even have time for my kids,, I would have to bath my kids, homework, cook, laundry, clean etc, etc,.
But when I finally took the risk of staying home ,.I realized what a great mom I am,..and all those mom who decide to stay home are "Super Moms". A lot of my life changed, Even though there was a lot to do, I made it worth while to reach my goal, .Every time I had available, I would do something to complete my schedule,.
Now I can work, do laundry, clean and cook and still have time to play and enjoy my family,.and the best thing is I feel better about being here and see my kids grow,.I look at the mirror and say to myself every single day "I am a winner" and so are you!!!!!!!

Organize your office and Avoid clutter

Organize Your Office and Avoid Clutter
By Jessica Lozada
October 30, 2004

Avoid Clutter?
I guess this is something we all think is imposible, especially when we have childrens.
Let me tell you, that it is posible to avoid clutter if you set your mind to do it. These are my tips:
Everything you see around your office that can seem to be a stack of papers, or just magazines, books etc,.look over and throw away, unecesary documents,.
* Let's begin with fillers, this is something we are always recieving. Put all your fillers in plastic containers, add little labes to divide them with names, on each container, as "Fillers I recieve" and " Filler to be sent", this way you not only have it organized, but also gives you the opportunity to keep track of those who send and are waiting to recieve fillers,..
*Magazines, and or Business Catalogs,..we all love to keep magazines and catalogs look over them and just rip the pages of the ones you know you can give use, and put them in binders, for furthur use, then throw away the others that are really not needed,.(Please do not keep them, to avoid the begining of clutters),.Clutters begin so simple, by just a little paper, it can become a total mess,
*Books, once you finish reading your books, and you know you will not read anymore, donate them or just pass it on to your friends,
*Pencils, Pens, Markers and office materials, Make a pencil holder and pens holder separatly, this can avoid you from having pens that do not work anymore, Keep pens and markers together, then keep pencils and office suplies together, like scissors, stapler, staples etc,.
*Computer paper,.Assort papers by colors and sizes,
*Folders also assorte them by sizes
*Catalogs, Always try to assort these by dates and uses which company you use more and or even the time you make parties, place labels on shelves, to discribe your materials,.
*Samples, little samples place them in the plastic containers and also label the cotainer, you can either place samples on diferent containers and lable them by company,. Big Samples,.stack on shelves and label the shelves, for example, I have my tupperware samples that are big on shelves and have a label on the shelve to discribe which company is it for,..
*Business Cards, place them in cups and or plastic container also,.
*Business materials of info,.Great way to keep you business materials organize is using binders,

Labels are very important once you have everything labeled, you will see how easy it will be to look for your things, and out them away, organizing does require time but if we do it step by step you can work it all out,..
My personal advice and I practice alot is, everynight I look around and just throw away what I really do not need,..

How to Balance Mom's Work & Family

How to balance Mom's work & Family
By Jessica Lozada
Written Oct.26, 2004

Sometimes we are asking ourselves, "How can I do all this?", "Work at home and take care of my family?","My kids,my home and my husband?",..
"Can I take this risk?".

Well if you do not try ,you will never know how challenging is your life and how much you can handle,..I want to guide you threw some tips,.,on organizing your life and work, and how to balance your work so it doesn't have to be so challenging and stressful.

First of all,. stop reminding yourself of all the things you have to do, this will drain your brain and never have your mind clear to complete your daily tasks,..Don't hurt yourself so much with this,..take it easy and step by step.
There are alot of ways to make life more easy and even fun, work at home can by fun and exciting only if you make it this way, ..it is upto you, to make it fun and worth staying at home and working,..Let's start with bases,..

Make a list of all the thing you know you need to have done,..If you can make this list and make some copies it will be even better,.add a copy on your refrigerator, next to your bed, and even next to your office,..You can make a list anyways from 1-10 or from 10-1 start from least important to urgent or viceversa,..
Ok I want to make a list with you on somethings I know a mom who works at home must try to get done before she sits on her pc and work or visits customers,..

1)Every night make sure all your dishes and washed and your sink has not even one plate,.This way when you wake up in the morning your kitchen is bright and clean,..all you have to do is make your nice and hot cup of coffee or tea.
2)Check your kids room,
3)Go to your livingroom and check under the seats for papers even if you find the smallest paper just pick it up,. remember clutter begins from the least and smallest paper,..
4)After you see that you have settled your home enough to relax then go with the daily tasks list,.
Remember to try and add everything without overwhelming yourself,.you want to try and make your days fun and enough time for your family ,.not stressed and drive yourself crazy repeting what you have to do,set your mind to this specific task til it's done, then you move on to the next one.

And very important ,..do not make the list for a month and very long, make a daily list ,.do not add alot of tasks you need time to work and pamper yourself,.make the list short and fast,..do not make everything everyday,.leave alittle for the next day, this way you give yourself credit everytime you reach that goal,...

5)While kids are in school, try and make everything on time, if you have orders just place them, fillers, catalogs, etc..try and make everything on time so you can give yourself at least an hour to have mommie time, maybe drink a tea and hot bath, bubbles, candles, nice soft music and very important,.. meditate this helps clear your mind,.and balance your eating habits, sometimes stress and daily tasks can create a eating disorder,..and this is not healthy,..
6)Prepare dinner early ,.this is something I do early in the morning,.when I wake up I take out the meat from the freezer and start making my coffee, by 12:00 noon I start putting it in the microwave and seasoning it, this way by 2:00 I am already starting to make it, believe me sometimes the kids are already eating by 3:30 or 4:00 and this helps alot because I have my kitchen clean and organized at 6:00pm and have alot of time for myself and even watch a movie with the kids,..
7)Laundry wow, I know this tasks can really be irritated ,.but what I do is make my laundry and as soon as it is dry I fold and put away ,..this way I prevent staking of clothes around and then have more choures,..it sounds hard and alot of trouble but I am sure the best way to have all on time in your home and work is doing it, don't say I have to do this just stand up and do it,remember to draw a line from your list so you can know what you have done already, this helps you feel happy for reaching your goal this day, The idea is to enjoy your tasks and work enough that you can sit and breath and enjoy your time,...

Want more of my Balancing tips?

<img width='1' height='1'
